"The Rhode Island affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union plans to use an appeals court ruling that upheld the constitutionality of Narragansett’s controversial orange-sticker policy to challenge criminal cases that arise from its implementation, according to the ACLU."

"A 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel on Wednesday ruled constitutional Narragansett’s 2005 ordinance empowering the police to place an orange sticker on the front door of any house found to be a “substantial nuisance” to its neighbors. ..."
